Caroline Costello
Caroline Costello is a new addition to the Sulis team and we are very excited to have her with us. She has trained in massage therapy for the last 3 years and is qualified in Holistic massage, Indian Head, Aromatherapy massage and Thai massage. Caroline approaches massage in a holistic way and views all aspects a persons’ life. Caroline is a member of the Irish Massage Therapist association (IMTA)
Thai Massage
Thai massage is a form of energy bodywork that brings balance back to the body. It uses a combination of stretches and deep massage to improve circulation and flexibility. Thai massage is often described as ‘lazy mans yoga’ and is preformed on a mat on the floor which allows a greater range of movement. The client is fully clothed and there are no oils used during the massage. Thai massage is the perfect compliment for any exercise routine and is suitable for clients of all ages and abilities. Thai massage can be varied for a wide range of physical needs as it can increase the range of movement and muscular strength.
- Holistic Massage – €15 – 30 mins / €50 – 1hr 30 mins
- Aromatherapy Massage – €15 – 30 mins / €50 – 1hr 30 mins
- Indian Head Massage – €30 – 45mins – 1 hr
- Thai Massage – €80 – 1hrs 30 mins / €100 – 2hrs / €120 – 2hrs 30
