My intention is to offer you a safe and tranquil space where you can let go for a little while...and tap into the source of all your energy within. Through deeply relaxing massage, I intend to offer nourishment for body and soul - as soothing strokes calm your nervous system and help you to quieten your busy mind.

Helen has lived in Yarm since 1985. She has spent much of her working life in the Heritage sector, moving between museums and heritage sites in  North Yorkshire and Bath, Somerset. Family commitments brought her back to her home town and now, starting her own business; 'Sulis Holistic Therapies' she is pursuing a long-held goal, of running her own therapy business.
